Wellness Retreat
Whether you are in an emotionally draining job, in desperate need of a break or are just itching to quench your thirst for travel, join us on this unique 14-day wellness retreat designed to replenish your mind, body and soul.

Our retreat takes place in beautiful Dharmshala, situated in the foothills of the Himalayas. Home to the Dalai Lama, this culturally rich location offers ample local sightseeing opportunities alongside daily yoga practice.
On this retreat you will meet new people, learn new things and take part in enriching experiences that will broaden your sense of self and strengthen your emotional resilience.

Life on the retreat.
Mornings start with a yoga session (no previous experience necessary) followed by breakfast. After which you will have the opportunity to take part in a community project facilitating you to assist and engage local people. Typical activities include, teaching local primary school children or helping to renovate a valuable community resource. This activity will continue through to lunchtime.
After lunch there will be some time to relax before enjoying a themed cultural workshop. On days when afternoons are free you will have the opportunity to independently explore local sightseeing and shopping opportunities within Dharamshala and further afield in Mcleod Ganj (18 km away), which enjoys a rich Tibetan culture.
After dinner there will be an optional mindfulness session followed by relaxation time.
